In many cases, CPAs and managers experience in various forms conflict in the workplace. Some workplace conflicts are difficult to address or manage. Hence, one needs an intense and focused training that will hone a diverse set of analytical and interpersonal skills in order to master competencies in resolving or managing conflict. This module specifically identifies those competencies to be gained and participants are able to internalize and practice them in workshop exercises and activities.
