Dr, Noe Quiñanola is the present Professional Regulatory Commission Board of Accountancy (BoA) Chairman. He graduated from the University of San Jose - Recoletos in Cebu City under the programs Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting (BSC), Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE), Bachelor of Laws (LlB) and Master in Management (MM). He is also a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration (PhD - BA) from the University of San Carlos. He received his Certificate of Business Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P). He was Managing Partner of N. G. Quiñanola & Co., CPAs. He is the Managing Consultant, of Quiñanola Consulting and is also the President of the Southwestern University in Cebu City. He is the Comptroller, Director of the CPA Review Center and a Graduate School Professor at the University of San Jose Recoletos in Cebu. Earlier in his career, he was a Staff Auditor in Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co., (SGV) CPAs. He has also served as an Accountant at Sea-Land Service, Inc. and as a Plant Manager at the Lear Automotive Philippines, Inc.
