"Jovani is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a regular speaker for PICPA on PFRS topics such as revenue recognition, leases and retirement benefit obligation. He finished his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Saint Mary’s University, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. He passed the CPA licensure examination in 2012 and immediately started his career as a junior auditor for a mid-sized firm. Few years later, he moved to a big 4 audit firm and took on technical accounting line of career. To this date, his accumulated experiences stretches from audit & assurance, business advisory engagements, and IFRS implementation projects. His industry exposure mostly include manufacturing & trading, travel & tours, life sciences, technology and media. To further his education, he took on a Diploma Course in IFRS in 2017 conferred upon by the International Federation of Professional Managers. He believes that a great leader is someone who share his passion for knowledge; and inspire his teammate’s creativity and critical thinking, to prepare them for the great leader they will become."
