Atty. Kesterson T. Kua,

Mr. Kua is one of the founding partners of SKY Law. He specializes in labor and immigration law. Mr. Kua has extensive experience in labor and employment claims, collective bargaining negotiations, labor dispute resolutions, illegal work stoppages and interruptions, labor audits, international secondments, and work visa and immigration requirements. He has represented clients before the National Labor Relations Commission, the Department of Labor and Employment, the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, and the Bureau of Immigration. He is also a professorial lecturer at the University of the Philippines College of Law. Before founding SKY Law, Mr. Kua was a lawyer in Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz, one of the biggest law firms in the Philippines, handling the labor issues and concerns of some of the largest multinational companies in the country. Mr. Kua took up his undergraduate studies in the University of the Philippines School of Economics where he graduated magna cum laude. Thereafter, he took up his law studies in the same University where he represented the Philippines in the Stetson International Moot Court Competition and led the Philippine team to become the East Asian Champions.
