Event Details
This course is intended to enlighten and help the CPAs understand the different behaviors of their colleagues, clients, employees and superiors whom they always interact at work. There are behaviors that are based and influenced by one's religion, hence, this session will highlight the variety of beliefs and practices of individuals according to their religious background.
The basis behind these distinct culture and practices will be presented to the participants, which will help the CPAs understand more why some of their counterparts act different as expected. At the end of the session, by knowing the reasons of the differences of the behavior of people that the CPAs deal with, he/she will be able to be more flexible, more professional and well informed in doing policies, judgments and other actions needed at work.
