In addition to her role at P&A Grant Thornton, Marivic is a 2020–2021 governor of Management Association of the Philippines, a 2019–2022 trustee of Shareholders’ Association of the Philippines, and a trustee of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Previously, Marivic was the 2018 president of the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines. From 2015 to 2019, Marivic was a member of the Board of Governors of Grant Thornton International Ltd.
Marivic has extensive experience in taxation and organizational management. Before joining P&A Grant Thornton in 1997, she had worked with the Department of Finance, the Senate of the Philippines, and Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific.

He joined SGV in 1987 and was admitted to the partnership in 2000. Over the course of his career, Wilson has served in various SGV leadership positions including Vice Chairman and Deputy Managing Partner, Markets Leader, Head of Assurance Services, Market Group Leader, Head of the Accounting Standards Group and Head of Financial & Commodity Risk Services.

Wilson has extensive in financial audits for large companies in the banking, infrastructure, telecommunications, power generation and distribution, oil refinery, mining, construction, and manufacturing sectors. He is a recognized authority on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and performs financial accounting advisory and implementation, financial due diligence reviews, and structured transaction advisory, among others. He is the Chairman of the Philippine Interpretations Committee, which assists the Financial Reporting Standards Council of the Philippines in enhancing financial reporting standards in the country.

In 2019, Wilson co-chairs the professional development committee of the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines. He is also a member of the Management Association of the Philippines and the Makati Business Club. Wilson is currently the national board member-sectoral director for Public Practice and the treasurer of the Executive Committee of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Practice Award in 2009 and the Special Achievement in International Professional Involvement in 2012.

A graduate of the University of the East in Manila with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, summa cum laude, Wilson placed 12th in the 1987 CPA Board Examinations. He later obtained his Master of Business Administration from the International Institute for Management Development is Lausanne, Switzerland. He also attended the Pacific Rim Bankers Program – Foster School of Business, University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, U.S.A.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over 20 years of experience in professional services including audit, accounting, BPO, consultancy, business registrations, and tax advisory of local and offshore clients.

Jacquie was honed by servicing a variety of businesses, which includes MNCs and local companies operating in varying industries such as pharmaceutical, financial services (commercial bank), manufacturing, Palmoil plantation, mining,, distributors, retail, real estate, construction, semicon, media, maritime, investment holding and services like IT, BPOs and Consulting, and International NGOs.

A Consultant and AVP Operations for several years to a Hong Kong-based international Group of Companies dealing with fund management and financial services, with multinational operations.

She was also engaged for several years as a Financial Management Consultant of International NGOs for its partners in the Philippines.
She is a Gold Category recipient for the firm awarded by the Business Initiative Directions (B.I.D) in its 2013 International Quality Summit (IQS) held in New York Marriott Marquis Convention Hall, to recognize the strong commitment to Quality, Leadership, Technology and Innovation.
