Ray Berja is currently the Chief Financial Officer of AirAsia Philippines, Inc., a low-cost airline based at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. He has over 15 years of real-world experience in finance which allowed himself to become a seasoned CFO and effectively handled a mature company such as PLDT Global or a startup like Mynt. In 2019, he was awarded Best Fintech CFO of the Year at the Global CFO Excellence Awards.
He obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo de Manila University Graduate School of Business and Regis University in the United States, as well as a Diploma in Financial Technology from Said Business School-University of Oxford. He also became a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Financial Consultant with the Institute of Certified Management Accountant of Australia and the Institute of Certified Financial Consultants of Canada.

Joselito Diga or “Lito” is the Senior Vice President for Finance and Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of United Laboratories (UL), a leading healthcare group in the Philippines. In this role, Lito has responsibility over financial planning, management reporting, statutory reporting and tax, and accounting operations of the various strategic business units of the UL group.

Prior to his current role, Lito has had extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting handling management roles in Pilipinas Shell Petroleum, Novartis Healthcare, Oracle Asia Pacific, Kraft Foods Southeast Asia and Caltex (now Chevron). He also had stints in external audit and management consulting in SGV & Company and Punongbayan and Araullo as well as in academe as a Faculty member of the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia and the College of Arts & Sciences of San Beda College (now San Beda University) in Manila.

Lito is a graduate of San Beda College where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, and of the Australian National University, Canberra where he earned his PhD in Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Accounting as a university scholar. Lito is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines, where he placed 3rd in the licensure examinations of October 1988. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in Australia since 2003. He is a member of the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines and Management Association of the Philippines.

As advisory services leader, Thirdy brings over 19 years of experience providing total service delivery to clients for operational, transactional and dispute management advisory engagements across many different industries. These services range a wide gamut of advisory work, which include internal audit, governance and risk management, operational improvement, change and program management, IT management, business intelligence and analytics, M&A advisory, capital markets support, due diligence, valuations and fraud solutions.

Thirdy is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems auditor. He also has a certification in risk and information systems control and holds a certification in risk management assurance. He was a member of the board of trustees of ISACA Manila.

He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from University of the Philippines - Diliman, took up IT Project Management at the Asian Institute of Management, and participated in Grant Thornton’s Senior Leadership Program at the Saïd Business School of the University of Oxford.
