Atty. Willie Santiago is both a Lawyer and Certified Public Accountant.
He is currently the Director of Tax & Corporate Services Division of Diaz Murillo Dalupan & Company.
He is a regular lecturer at Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) National Office, Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice (ACPAPP), Asian Institute of Taxation, and Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) for Lawyers at Alternative Center for Continuing Education and Seminar Solutions, Inc. (ACCESS).
He is also invited to speak at Institute of Internal Auditors, University of Asia and the Pacific, Philippine Retailers Association and various chambers of commerce.
With his 20 years of experience in public practice engaged in business registration and formation, tax advocacy and controversy, and mergers and acquisitions, he has already handled numerous engagements from small to medium-size and multi-national companies registered with the Board of Investments and Philippine Economic Zone Authority.
His exposure includes non-stock non-profit organizations, charter flights/airline, club shares, property management companies, brokerage, and call centers.
Atty. Willie represents clients before SEC as well as in courts as a litigator or acting as a litigation support in refund cases and assessments.
He is a member of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Makati Chapter, and Tax Management Association of the Philippines (TMAP).

RESERVATION and ADMISSION
Q: How do I reserve for the seminar? How and when do I get the webinar ID?
A: Step 1: Process the payment (Online Fund transfer or Deposit) amounting as follows:
EARLY BIRD - MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING - PHP 1,000.00
EARLY BIRD - MEMBERS NOT IN GOOD STANDING/NON-CPAs - PHP 1,200.00
REGULAR RATE - MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING - PHP 1,300.00
REGULAR RATE - MEMBERS NOT IN GOOD STANDING/NON-CPAs - PHP 1,500.00
Step 2: Take a photo of the payment confirmation (Pls. indicate your Name/PRC No./Email/Contact)
Step 3: Go to the https://picpa.glueup.com/my/home/ website and find webinar title
at the "Upcoming Event Tab." Click "Register Now"
or the "Title of the Webinar/Seminar" and you will be directed to the registration page of Glueup.
Step 4: Complete the registration. You will receive a confirmation email at the latest two (2) hours before
the start of the event. Said email will contain the webinar ID. We start broadcasting 30 minutes before
the start of the program.
Q: I can't register via the MyGlue (Eventbank page) because the system says my e-mail address is not associated with a member account. What do I do?
A: Make sure you have paid your membership dues for the current fiscal year, you have an activated account* in the MyGlue (Event Bank) and your profile indicates that you are a Member in Good Standing up to FY 2022.
If you have already paid your dues, please contact your respective Chapter President and/or
