Ramil “Mel” Cabodil is currently the Country Executive of Technology Support Services of IBM Philippines. He leads and manages the nationwide support of IBM products and services in the Philippines. Prior to this role, he was the Consulting Practice Leader for IBM-Global Technology Services in ASEAN.
He is responsible for the development of Infrastructure Consulting Business in the region, leading a group of Associate Partners for Systems Services, Resiliency, Mobility and Network Services. He manages solution development, design and delivery of the consulting business working with the Sales team to ensure that a healthy backlog is in place and working with the Delivery team for successful delivery of the engagements.
Enrique Victor 'Jet' Pampolina is a Risk Advisory Partner of Navarro Amper & Co., the Philippine practice of Deloitte Southeast Asia Ltd, a member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited. He has 30 years of professional experience and specializes in internal audit, enterprise wide risk management, operational, financial risk and regulatory compliance in the Financial Services, Energy, TMT and Industrial Products & Services sectors.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Jet was the Head of Enterprise Wide Risk Management of the largest electric distribution utility in the Philippines - Meralco. He also served as Asia Regional Audit Executive of Sun Life Financial, a leading global financial services (insurance) company and Willis Towers Watson, a leading global advisory, brokering and solutions company for Asia Pacific covering 22 offices in 13 countries.
In addition, he was previously a Director in Business and Advisory at one of the Big 4 accounting firms in the Philippines. He also had 7 years of expatriate internal audit experience working for leading multinational Indonesian conglomerates Salim and Sinar Mas Groups in Jakarta Indonesia, where he gained proficiency of Bahasa Indonesia, on top of his native languages of English and Filipino.
Mr. Dickenson Y. Africa is the Head of the Business Continuity Management Group of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). As part of the Risk and Compliance Office, his group leads the implementation of the Business Continuity Management System of the BSP. Mr. Africa has more than twenty years of extensive experience in both internal and external audit, particularly in conducting risk-based audit and assessment of Information Systems (IS) governance, IS controls, security, risk management and business continuity management systems of financial institutions.
Mr. Africa is also the Director for Knowledge and a member of the Board of Trustees of ISACA Manila Chapter. ISACA is an international non-profit, professional organization that promotes IT governance. It has more than 100,000 members globally with different career profiles such as Chief Information Officers, auditors, and IT security professionals. ISACA Manila Chapter currently has more than 1,000 IS control and audit professionals and executives as members.
Mr. Africa is a subject matter expert of IT governance, audit, controls, risk management and business continuity management and consistently recognized by both government and private entities, including domestic and international organizations such as the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), ISACA Manila Chapter, Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), the Association of CPAs in Education (ACPAE), Association of CPAs in Commerce and Industry (ACPACI). Aside from his certifications, he obtained his professional education on Business Continuity Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr. Africa served as the lead facilitator of the banking sector in the 2012 Multi-Sectoral Functional Exercise (MFE) of Pandemic and All-Hazard Preparedness sponsored and organized by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The MFE was participated in by various government and private entities with the aim of promoting “whole-of-society” preparedness.

Carlo is an Advisory partner. He specializes in cybersecurity and financial services. He has assisted companies deal with cybersecurity issues from high-level strategy and governance work to technical security operations and solutions implementation. He spearheaded SGV’s Data Privacy practice in 2017, and has helped over 100 organizations transform their data protection programs and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. He also has previous experience managing cybersecurity for a multinational organization with operations in China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines. Carlo is a frequent contributor to SGV’s thought leadership initiatives including staff learning & development programs, speaking engagements on cyber risk management in industry events, and the Suits the C-Suite column in BusinessWorld.
Carlo graduated from the De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. He is a CPA, Certified Information Security Manager, Business Continuity Certified Specialist, RSA Archer Certified, and LOMA 280 Certified. He received the SyCip Award in 2018 and a team SGV Special Award in 2017.
