Ibrahim has a diverse background in industry. With previous experience in F&B and an international BPO, he has held roles as a Specialist Trainer & Coach and has worked in Telesales and Customer Service. This experience has exposed him to issues in Telecommunications, Aviation, Automotive, Banking and other service industries. His academic background is in Business and ICT (Federal Board Islamabad, Pakistan). He is also a Certified Professional Corporate Trainer (by Tier-5 “Excellent” Rated Wawasan Open University).

Guada May S. Preciados is the Assistant Director of the Office of the General Accountant (OGA) who serves as the Inspection Team Leader of the SEC Oversight Assurance Review (SOAR) division.
In 2018, the Philippine SEC was admitted as a member of the International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators of IFIAR joining with the other 54 audit regulators across the globe. In 2019, the Philippine SEC joined the ASEAN Audit Regulators Group (AARG) after its admission to the IFIAR. Guada participates to the annual plenary meetings and inspection workshops hosted by the IFIAR and AARG. She has also attended the PCAOB International Institute on Audit Regulation held in Washington D.C. in 2018 and had technical exchange with PCAOB in 2017 together with then Commissioner Antonietta F. Ibe and General Accountant Emmanuel Artiza.
Before she joined the SEC in 2017, she was then a Director in the Audit Division of SGV & Co., a member firm of Ernst & Young Global, where she had 10 years of audit experience.
Recently, she was conferred by the Career Executive Service Board (CESB) the CES Eligibility status after hurdling the four -stage CES examination process. She is now included in the roster of CES eligible.
As Head of Audit and Financial Reporting at the FMA, Jacco is responsible for all the audit and financial reporting matters of Public Interest Entities (PIE's).
This includes the quality reviews of audit firms, licensing overseas auditors and for maintaining international relations. In relation to Financial reporting matters we hold entities accountable for their compliance with IFRS.
In the role as Head of Audit and Financial reporting he is also leading the development of the oversight of Climate Related Disclosures which will become mandatory approximately 200 entities in New Zealand in 2003.
Jacco is also the current Chair of the Emerging Regulators Group of IFIAR. Before joining the FMA 9 years ago, Jacco worked as an auditor for 14 years both in New Zealand and Netherlands.
Alex is currently the Executive Officer of the Securities Commission (SC) Malaysia's Audit Oversight Board (AOB). Prior to joining the AOB, Alex spent 18 years with Deloitte, Malaysia as a staff member until being a audit partner.
Alex is currently a Council Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Alex serves as an Adviser to the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board and also represents the Securities Commission as a member in the Audit Licensing Committee of the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. He is an Observer to the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, and the Ethics Standard Board of MIA.
He was previously the Malaysia Divisional President of CPA Australia in 2013 and 2014. He was involved in the Financial Reporting Standards Implementation Committee, Capital Market Advisory Board of CPA Australia in Melbourne, Australia. He is currently a Member of CPA Australia's Ethics and Professional Standards Centre of Excellence.
Alex is a Chartered Accountant of MIA, Fellow member CPA Australia, and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Monash University, Australia.
