Rosemary De Mesa
Consultant at Diaz Murillo Dalupan & CoRose has more than 43 years of extensive audit experience. She was formerly the Managing Partner of Diaz Murillo Dalupan and Company (2015-2018) and was the Senior Audit Partner who handled the Audit and Business Assurance Services and head of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) of the Firm.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), a Certified Forensic Accountant (CrFA), Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA) and Accredited Management Accountant of the Philippines (AMAP). She obtained her Masteral Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2009. She is also a licensed insurance consultant and real estate broker.
Prior to being the Managing Partner, she previously as DMD's Training and Development Committee Head and had conducted several training on fraud audit strategies, risk-based audit approach for external and preparation, planning, and capital budgeting, professional ethics and good governance, among others.
