Jill Santos was chapter president of PICPA Cagayan de Oro-Misamis Oriental Chapter in 2010-2011, the youngest by far in the chapter’s history to date. She was twice Northern Mindanao’s Regional Sectoral Representative in 2016-2017 and 2019-2020; National Chairperson of the Women Member Empowerment Committee in 2019-2020; and National Vice President for Operations in 2020-2021. Currently, she is PICPA’s National Vice President for Public Practice, Chairperson of Mindanao Geographical Area Office and Chairperson of Northern Mindanao Region as well as ACPAPP’s National Executive Vice President. She was conferred with PICPA’s national awards as Young Achiever in 2009, Outstanding Member in 2016, and Outstanding CPA in Public Practice in 2019.

Jill finished three (3) scholastic degrees on Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Master in Business Administration, and Bachelor of Laws. She is currently finishing her Doctor in Business Administration. She is also a licensed real estate broker and real estate appraiser. She is the Founder & CEO of JSC & Co., CSJ Realty & Appraisal Services, and Each One Teach One Foundation.

Atty. Peter John Raymund B. Pacheco is a Senior Director of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant. As a member of the PICPA National Board of Directors, he was the current Chairman of the Western Visayas Regional Council. Before joining the National Board as Regional Director, he was elected as PICPA Western Visayas’ Regional Sectoral Representative for Commerce and Industry for FY 2017-2018 and was the PICPA Iloilo Chapter President when Iloilo City hosted the PICPA National Convention in FY 2010-2011.

He finished his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Accounting in 1993 at the University of the Philippines in the Visayas and passed the CPA Licensure Examination in October 1993. He finished his Master in Management major in Business Management at the University of the Philippines in the Visayas in 2001 and finished his Bachelor of Law at the University of San Agustin in 2009. He passed the Bar Examination in September 2009.

Currently, he is the System Internal Finance and Quality Auditor and Executive Council Member of John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University Located in Iloilo and Bacolod. He is also a Partner in the Banderado Law Office located in Cabatuan, Iloilo.

Atty. Pacheco is an active member of the Rotary club of Iloilo and a Certified ISO Lead Auditor.

Mr. Gerry L. Carabbacan is in his 3rd year as a Rotating Director of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants. As a member of the PICPA National Board of Directors, he was appointed as National Vice President for Government for FY 2021-2022 by PICPA National President Marydith “ Dolly” Miguel. He is also the Chairperson of the PICPA Luzon Geographical Area Office and thePICPA Northern Luzon Regional Council. Before joining the National Board as Regional Director, he was elected as PICPA Northern Luzon’s Regional Sectoral Representative for Government in FY 2018-2019 and was the PICPA Isabela Chapter President for two years , FY 2016-2017 and FY 2017-2018.

He finished his Bachelors Degree in Accountancy in 2004 and passed the CPA Licensure Examination for CPAs in May of 2005 and had his Masters in Business Administration years after at the Our Lady of the Pillar College-Cauayan. He has almost two decades of professional experience in government and in the academe.

Prior to entering the accountancy profession, he was in the radio broadcast industry as a radio announcer (DJ) and as Station Manager of three(3) FM radio stations, 89.5 Star FM in Baguio City (DJ John Lemon) , 100.3 Star FM in Legazpi City, Albay, Bicol (DJ Jack Stone) and 96.1 Star FM in Cauayan City, Isabela (DJ Justin Case).

Currently, he is connected with the Provincial Local Government Unit of Isabela.

His passion for excellence earned him recognitions and awards both as a radio broadcaster and as a CPA.
