Ms. Mylene A. Kasiban is a Certified Public Accountant and the ING-FINEX 2020 CFO of the Year. She is the Chief Finance Officer of Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc (RRHI).

As RRHI’s CFO, Ms. Kasiban implemented a host of process simplification initiatives which have greatly improved store productivity, ensured the timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting, and contributed to the rapid adoption of digitization in the company. She was also responsible for introducing cash preservation and austerity measures which allowed RRHI to maintain a strong net cash position despite the long lockdown.

Before joining RRHI, Ms. Kasiban worked as finance executive (CFO, Finance Director and Controller) to multinational consumer products companies based in Myanmar, Indonesia, Singapore, Asia South, Japan, Australia & New Zealand and the Philippines. These experiences brought forth holistic approach to Finance. In the words of her peers from RRHI, Ms Kasiban was able to transform the finance team into “key strategic partners, not just the unit business heads, but the heads of key departments in the organization as well. All in all, she is able to help business unit heads in making that tangible connection between operations and financial performance.”

Ms. Kasiban obtained her Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Economics, Cum Laude from St. Scholastica College Manila. She finished her Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Bath, Bath School of Management, United Kingdom.

Ms. Kristina Talusan completed her certification on “Laughter Yoga” in 2016 under the tutelage of Dr. Yvonne Looi in Singapore. In 2017, she presented Laughter Yoga at the 7th Annual Convention of International Academy of Medical Specialists.

From then on, she was engaged by private companies, conducted mentoring to undergraduate and medical students. She was also invited by government agencies, namely, the Office of the Vice President, Department of Trade and Industry, Landbank of the Philippines, Civil Service Commission and SEC to talk about Laughter Yoga.

Kristina envisions a healthy and happy workplace and believes that happy employees are productive employees. She aims to share the benefits of Laughter Yoga to the workplace to promote holistically healthy employees through workshops on stress management and mental health.

She advocates Laughter Yoga as a form of complementary therapy to cancer treatment and has been invited by St. Luke’s Medical Center - Pain Management Department, Chong Hua Medical Center - Cancer Department in Cebu City, and Marikina Valley Medical Center - Cancer Department in Marikina City to conduct laughter therapy sessions for their patients.

Ferdinand K. Constantino is the Group Chief Finance Officer and Treasurer of San Miguel Corporation. He is also the Chairman of San Miguel Foundation. He was previously SMC Comptroller and Chief Finance Officer of San Miguel Brewery Inc. He currently sits in the Board of various SMC Group of Companies.

Mr. Constantino holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines. He also took graduate courses in Economics and Business in the same university. Mr. Constantino has over 48 years experience in financial management, financial planning and analysis, financial systems, comptrollership, economic analysis, and strategic planning.

To name a few of the awards he received are ING-FINEX 2018 CFO of the Year; CFO of the Year - Philippines, The Asset Triple A Awards, 2019; UP Alumni Association Distinguished Alumni Award, 2019; Asia’s Best CFO on Investor Relations, Corporate Governance Asia, 2018 and Financial Management Excellence Award, Biz News Asia, 2017 and 2019.

Ms. Ma. Rochelle S. Diaz is the Chief Financial Officer of the MAX’S Group, Inc., where she leads the overall Finance and Information Technology group of the country’s largest casual dining chain. As a finance executive, she spearheaded turning around of operations to make it become profitable companies or boost growth rates through strategic financial planning, fundraising and corporate exercises.

She has spent more than ten years in Ayala Land, Inc. with various key positions both local and international setting. She was assigned as the Chief Finance Officer of the Group's Strategic Landbank Management unit which builds city and township developments, being the Company's platform for growth. She was also assigned as the Chief Finance Officer and Group Head for Corporate Resources for ALI's publicly-listed entity in Malaysia, Chief Operating Officer for International Operations for another territory.

She also had extensive public practice experience in PricewaterhouseCoopers for eight years, being an audit manager assigned to multinational and local conglomerates in the consumer and industrial product and services space. Ms. Diaz also served other publicly-listed entities in the Philippines previously holding posts as Senior Finance Director of Converge ICT Solutions, Inc. and as the Senior Finance Manager in ePLDT and Merck Sharp and Dohme - Philippine Branch.

Ms. Diaz took up Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from De La Salle University, Manila and completed her Masters in Business Administration Regis Program from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Jose Jerome Pascual III, is the former Chief Financial Officer, Vice President-Finance & Treasurer, and Chief Risk Officer of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation. He retired from Pilipinas Shell last April 2021 and is presently serving on the Board of the Philippine Dealing System (PDS) Group as Independent Director.

He was last year's President of the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX) and is currently Chairman of the FINEX Research & Development Foundation.

During his 34-year career in Shell, he held numerous Finance and non-Finance roles in the Downstream and Upstream businesses including international assignments in operated and non-operated joint ventures in the Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Russia and Brunei. He spearheaded the governance and organizational readiness of Pilipinas Shell leading to its successful public listing in 2016.

Mr. Pascual graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines. He completed the Shell business leadership program at INSEAD Singapore. He holds accreditations for: Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Professional Industrial Engineer (PIE).

Jeng was the ING-FINEX 2014 CFO of the Year. In 2015, he was awarded the Professional Degree Award for Industrial Engineering by the University of the Philippines. He was conferred the Global Management Accounting Hall of Fame Award by the Certified Management Accountants (Australia) in recognition of his outstanding contribution, lifetime achievement and services to the management accounting profession in the country.
