Chair at CHED Technical Committee for AccountancyDr. Arnel Onesimo O. Uy is the Chair of the Technical Committee for Accountancy of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). He is a Certified Management Accountant (Australia), a Certified Financial Consultant (USA), and a Certified Public Accountant (Philippines). He is also a Lead Assessor in the ASEAN University Network for Quality Assessment. Moreover, he is a full professor, a research fellow, and the Vice Chancellor for Administration of De La Salle University (DLSU) in Manila. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Business degree from DLSU and his Master in Business Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management. He graduated magna cum laude from DLSU with a degree of BS Commerce major in Accounting.
