This one day seminar has been designed for practitioners and accountants of public and private companies to enhance their knowledge on tax strategies, tax on fringe benefits and civil remedies. The seminar will contribute to the competency development of the professionals on tax planning and issuances, which is applying the law to cut down tax obligations.
What the law forbids is tax evasion, which refers to the use of illegal methods to lower one's taxes. As such, this seminar may translate to the participants' ability to properly manage their own tax obligations and of their companies.
